Turnaround Time:​​

The standard chibi commission duration is 1-2 weeks (may be more or less than that, depending on the complexity of the work).

​

Turnaround duration for reference sheets are 3-7 days.

 

A more specific timeframe will be provided at the time of booking as it depends on its complexity.​

 

⭐ For expedited delivery

Less than 1 week, more than 2 days: +30% of the total price

 

Payments and Refund Policy:

Once I have received your form and we have discussed and finalised the idea, 100% of the payment will be required.

​

⭐ Commission will only proceed after payment is received.

 

 You will receive a sketch for approval before I finalize the piece. Only two (2) revisions are allowed (excluding the sketch), any more may incur an additional fee of AUD5 per revision.

 

⭐ The payment is non-refundable unless under my unforeseen circumstances that I cannot complete it on time.

If an artwork has been completed or close to being complete (the colouring process has started), no refunds will be issued.

 

Please provide a clear communication.

I’ll keep you updated on progress, and will notify you of any delays.

⭐ I can refuse work that I'm not able to do or does not align with my morals.

Client's and the Artist's Rights and Use:

⭐⭐ I retain full copyright of the artwork.  Please credit me when/if sharing.

 

 You may use the artwork for personal purposes only (such as using it as a profile picture).

​

Commercial use requires a separate agreement. Please reach out to me via email only for more information regarding commercial agreement.
